Mike Rivera
CFO
Mike Rivera brings over 13 years of experience in finance and operations to his role as CFO of Resproland. He began his career in corporate finance, advancing through accounting and financial planning roles before serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Sodexo Live!, where he supported a division generating over $1 billion in annual revenue.
Mike also spent nearly five years in operations, gaining hands-on experience while partnering with executives and city officials to enhance hospitality and deliver memorable experiences for thousands of guests each year. This experience gave him valuable insight into how financial strategy, operations, and municipal collaboration come together to shape successful projects — perspective he now carries into land development.
At Resproland, Mike oversees financial operations, investment strategies, and long-term planning. He brings a unique balance of financial discipline and operational insight, helping guide the company through acquisitions, entitlements, and development projects.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys time with his wife and three children, staying active, investing in personal growth, and supporting philanthropic efforts that strengthen the community.
