Isaac Ingalls

Isaac Ingalls brings a dynamic blend of technology expertise, marketing strategy, and systems thinking to his role as Vice President of Technology and Marketing at Resproland. With over a decade of experience leading digital initiatives across industries, Isaac has built a career around aligning people, processes, and platforms to drive sustainable growth.

Before joining Resproland, Isaac served as Technology Architect at Law Tigers, a national legal marketing firm, where he oversaw complex software integrations, data reporting systems, and cross-functional automation strategies. He is also the founder of The Structure Co., where he developed a strengths-based framework to help leadership teams build culture, trust, and alignment through custom tools and strategic coaching.

At Resproland, Isaac leads the development and implementation of the company's technology stack and marketing ecosystem. From CRM configuration and automation to investor outreach and content strategy, he ensures the company's systems support both operational excellence and brand visibility. His work bridges internal execution with external engagement — supporting the full life cycle of land development.

Outside of work, Isaac is a husband and father to four daughters, whom he and his wife homeschool. He is passionate about purposeful living, personal development, and creating environments — at work and at home — where people are empowered to thrive.
